油蔥酥
紅蔥頭去皮後洗淨
頭尾切除
(照片有點糊XDDD)
切片
鍋子燒熱後加油, 中火熱油待起泡後,放入紅蔥頭後轉小火,
翻炒至變白色後撈起放涼
。
餘溫讓紅蔥頭變金黃色。
裝罐
